1) Open Microsoft paint:
2) Open a file (this case, my dog)
3) Select "forms" and choose one of them. Also select size and color.
4) Click on "Fill with color" and choose a color. Then, apply:
5) Make the squares simply using "line" inside "forms":
6) Change colors, using "filling with color" and add text, if you want:
